| Instruction to RDF immersion suit
|
|
1.Our product（RDF immersion suit）is Insulated Immersion Suit. It is buoyant and without lifejacket. The material of immersion suit is neoprene and has the following characters: waterproof, thermo keeping, temperature, resistance, antifoaming, oil resistance, innoxious and penetrating odor. The strength reaches a certain requirement. The usage is not unduly affected by seawater, fresh water, oil or fungal attack.
2.Our product is approved by Wuhan Marine Lifesaving Equipment Quality Inspection Center that is authorized by BV, GL, CCS, etc. It is completely accorded with the requirements of IMO: LSA and MSC.81 (70) and get the certificate of CCS and EC |

Main performance
1.Flotation: The ingress of water should not exceed a mass of 200 g after a period of flotation in calm water for 1 hour. When the wearer jump into water from a height sufficient to totally immerse the body, the water ingress is should not exceed a mass of 500g. Compared above requirement, the quantity of our product is only 20-40g in the former case; the quantity of our product is only 140-160g in the later case. |

Hood, cloth, trousers, boot and glove into one body combine immersion suit. The immersion suit is insulated and buoyant. The suit is classified into two kinds: Insulated Immersion Suit and Uninsulated Immersion Suit.

Insulated Immersion Suit: its material is heat insulation material. The wearer dip in circulating calm water at a temperature of 0℃ to 2℃ for 6h. His body core temperature should not fall more than 2℃ below his normal level. The suit is classified into two kinds: Insulated Immersion Suit with buoyancy and without buoyancy.

Uninsulated Immersion Suit is made from less thermal-protection material. The wearer dip in circulating clam water at a temperature of 5℃ for 1h. His body core temperature should not fall more than 2℃.

Immersion suit with buoyancy should be equipped with floatation pillow in the back of neck. In clam fresh water, the state of wearer is following (Immersion suit without buoyancy is equipped with lifejacket. It should also be comply with the following requirement):
（1） Face-up with his mouths clear of the water by at least 120 mm
（2） Without any exogenesis process, the wear can be turned to a face-up from a facedown position in not more than 5s.

The buoyancy of an immersion suit, with buoyancy and without lifejacket, is not reduced by more than 5% after24h submersion in fresh water. |
